Terms and Conditions of Sale

Água Benta, LDA, commercially known as Holywater, is a company dedicated to the conservation, restoration, and sale of Sacred Art, located at Rua Monte Rabadas LT12 N12, 4720-387 Ferreiros – Amares, in the district of Braga, registered under NIPC 517043700.

All relations between Holywater and its customers are exclusively governed by the following terms and conditions of sale, which are considered accepted by both parties.

Holywater reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the website https://holywater.pt.

Pricing Policy

The sales prices displayed are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. Holywater makes every effort to ensure that the displayed prices are accurate and free from errors. If an error is identified, the prices shown may be changed without prior notice.

Prices are verified at the time the order is processed. If the actual price of the item is lower than the advertised price, the difference will be refunded. If the price is higher, the customer will be informed by email and may choose to accept the new price or cancel the order within 15 days from the date of notification.

Delivery costs are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer, except in cases of promotions and/or promotional codes. Shipping costs are indicated at the end of the order as an additional charge for the selected products.

Changes or Cancellation of Order

Orders confirmed by the customer cannot be changed or canceled once the product has been shipped by Holywater.

Confirmed orders may be automatically canceled if the customer fails to comply with the required conditions.

Any advance payment will be refunded to the customer provided the cancellation is not due to reasons attributable to the customer.

Holywater reserves the right to retain amounts to cover costs arising from the order cancellation process.

If the customer refuses to accept the order without justified reason, previously paid amounts will not be refunded until a fair assessment of the situation has been carried out.

This assessment will consider handling and transportation costs associated with the order.

Delivery Conditions

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order confirmation.

In mainland Portugal, orders are usually delivered within 3 working days. In the autonomous regions, depending on the island, delivery may vary between 3 and 8 working days for items available in stock.

Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world vary depending on the destination and transportation time.

Products that are not in stock or that are more elaborate and complex may take up to 3 months to be delivered. Shipping is generally carried out via CTT (Portuguese Postal Service), DHL Express, or groupage courier services.

If an item is out of stock, the customer will be informed. In the event of any delay, the customer will be contacted by email or telephone as soon as possible. Delays in estimated delivery times do not entitle the customer to compensation or claims.

Free shipping is available only for mainland Portugal on purchases over €300 and cannot be combined with other promotions or active campaigns.

At the time of delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the order is in good condition. In case of visible damage, it must be noted on the delivery document to activate shipping insurance. Any claims made after confirming receipt in good condition will be reviewed by Holywater, which reserves the right to reject claims regarding quantities or the condition of delivered items.

Payment Terms

Orders may be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.

Items will only be dispatched after confirmation that the full payment has been successfully received.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and condition.

Holywater reserves the right to refuse returns in the following situations:
1. The item is not in its original packaging condition.
2. The item shows signs of use.

In the event of a return, all transportation and handling costs shall be borne by the customer.

The refund amount will be credited to the customer after receipt and verification of the returned item, within a maximum period of 15 days.
